Properties & units
Organize portfolios, buildings and units in a structure that reflects the way your business operates.
Property management brings together portfolios, people, agreements, collections and maintenance. PropNexa 360 is being developed to connect those responsibilities in a more coherent operational workspace, so teams can work with the context behind each property rather than reconstruct it from scattered systems.
Engineering & validation
For property management companies, portfolio operators and the teams who keep properties running.
When a request lives in a chat, a lease in a spreadsheet and a collection update in a separate inbox, even simple decisions become harder. We are building a clearer operational picture, without turning property management into more administrative work.

A property portfolio is a network of responsibilities. Our product direction is designed around the relationship between the asset, the people involved and the next action that needs attention.
The intended foundation connects properties, buildings and units with the relevant owners, occupants and agreements. A consistent structure can make it easier to understand where a record belongs and why it matters, rather than asking people to reconstruct context from unrelated documents.
Leasing, collections and maintenance do not happen in isolation. We are developing workflows that keep the property context available as work moves between roles. The aim is a clearer handover: what is required, who should act and what information supports the decision.
Company and branch structure, user responsibilities and controlled access are part of the product’s development direction. The objective is useful visibility for the right people, not indiscriminate access to every record. Final access behavior will be documented for the released product.
Consider a maintenance request raised against a unit. The request is only one piece of a broader story that may include the property, a responsible team, a service provider and supporting documents.
Bring relevant unit and property information alongside the operational task. Reducing repeated searches can help a team discuss the same issue with a more consistent understanding of the record and its background.
The intended work-order direction connects the task to responsibility and follow-up. We are developing for real operating conditions, including company and branch boundaries, instead of treating a task as a stand-alone checklist item.
A clear record of activity can support future review and the next handover. These are design goals, not quantified savings or a promise of complete functionality today. Product availability and the precise first-release scope will be confirmed separately.
